Councilman Buscaino (bOO-sky-EE-no) is a member of the Los Angeles City Council, elected on January 17, 2012. In addition, he serves as the Mayor's appointee to the South Coast Air Quality Management District as well as on the Board of Directors for the League of California Cities and the National League of Cities.
